America's first Shariah-compliant single-family residential fund. Zero debt. Quarterly income potential.

A professionally managed portfolio of U.S. single-family rental homes, designed for stable income and long-term growth potential. Every property is acquired entirely with equity, never debt.
Buy shares in the fund and instantly gain exposure to single-family rental homes across key U.S. markets. As the fund acquires new properties, your portfolio grows automatically.
Every property is acquired with 100% equity and 0% debt. This eliminates interest-rate risk, avoids mortgage liabilities and keeps the investment fully Shariah-compliant.
While real estate is a long-term investment, this fund offers structured liquidity. Investors have access to scheduled semi-annual exit windows after an initial holding period.

The fund aims to generate returns through two sources: quarterly rental income distributions and potential property appreciation over time. Diversification across multiple properties and markets is intended to support more consistent cash flow than single-property ownership.

As a newly launched fund, historical performance data is not yet available. Past performance of similar asset classes does not guarantee future results. Property appreciation is realized upon property sale and subject to market conditions.
Adjust your investment amount, expected net rental yield and property appreciation to explore possible scenarios over 3, 5 or 7 years.
You can model any amount between $100 and $100,000. Use the calculator to input the amount you're considering to invest and see what your returns could look like over time.
This represents your annual rental return as a percentage after all property related costs. We aim to deliver > 5% net yield for the properties we target at Wahed Real Estate so we're using a realistic 4% to 7% range.
Capital appreciation represents the potential change in a property's market value. According to the S&P Case-Shiller Index, U.S. home prices have steadily increased from 1995 to 2025; however, in a fluctuating interest rate environment, this may not always hold true over the short term. Any appreciation is only realized upon the liquidation of the property.
To help illustrate this, we have added a calculator with a 0%–10% range, should you wish to view how changes in appreciation assumptions may impact your investment.
Select 3, 5 or 7 years for your calculation. This calculator helps you project potential returns over different timeframes. Property investment typically performs better over longer periods, giving you more time to earn rental income and benefit from potential property value appreciation.
Our typical holding period is around 5 years but some properties come with a 3 year term. In some cases, the holding period can extend up to 7 years depending on market conditions and exit timing.
This is your estimated total investment value at the end of your chosen holding period. It includes both the cumulative rent earned and the increase in the property's value from appreciation.
This figure shows your overall gain during the full period, combining both rental income and property appreciation. It gives you a complete view of how much your investment could have grown by the end of your selected timeframe.
This is the compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of your investment: the constant yearly rate that would take your starting amount to the total projected value over the period. Because it compounds, it is lower than simply dividing the total return by the number of years.
This shows the estimated amount of rental income you could earn each year based on your investment and expected yield.
This is your total potential rent earned over the entire holding period — the cumulative rental income your investment could generate.
This represents the total potential increase in the property's value over the investment period. It shows how much of your overall return could come from capital growth.
The chart helps visualize how your investment might perform year by year. It breaks down your returns into three simple lines, so you can see where your growth is coming from.
Your investment amount grown by the appreciation rate each year, plus all rental income received to date.
Your annual rent, a flat percentage of the amount you invested, added up over the period.
The value of the property itself, compounding at your selected appreciation rate. Any gain is realized when the property is sold.
Rental income is assumed to be paid out and not reinvested, and figures are shown before fees and taxes.

The Fund is designed to offer a passive way to participate in real estate while benefiting from diversification, centralized management and structured liquidity, all within a Shariah-compliant framework.
The Fund is structured as a Regulation A investment vehicle that acquires and manages multiple residential properties within one structure, with investors owning shares in the Fund itself.
The Fund is managed by Wahed, which is responsible for sourcing properties, overseeing operations, managing administration and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.
At present, the Fund is open to U.S. residents, including citizens and permanent residents, who are aged 18 or above.
Both accredited and non-accredited investors can participate under SEC Regulation A (Reg A), subject to investment limits for non-accredited investors. The simple onboarding process can be completed in minutes through the Wahed app.
The Wahed Real Estate Fund aims to generate returns in two ways.
1) Rental income: the Fund collects rent from a diversified pool of residential properties and distributes available income to investors on a quarterly basis. These distributions reflect the net rental income after property-level and Fund-level expenses.
2) Property appreciation: as property values change over time, this is reflected in the Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV). Any appreciation contributes to the Fund's overall return and may be realized when investors redeem their interests, subject to the Fund's redemption terms.
The minimum investment is $100.
The Fund is structured in accordance with Islamic finance principles through its zero-debt model. All property acquisitions are 100% equity-financed, with no riba-based financing. Returns are generated solely from permissible sources: rental income from residential tenants and property appreciation. An independent Shariah advisory board provides ongoing review and oversight.
