When you invest in a deal, your money is committed for the full holding period, typically several years. There is no early exit, no secondary market to sell your share, and no withdraw button. You get your capital back when the property is sold at the end of the term.
The practical rule: do not invest money here that you might need. Not money you probably will not need — money you are certain you will not need for the entire holding period.
If liquidity matters to you, ESA or a Robo portfolio is the appropriate product instead.
