Wahed Invest Ltd. (“Wahed”) Minimum Deposit Reduction Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions: 

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, for existing Wahed clients, the minimum deposit amount will be reduced from GBP 50 to GBP 20 during the Promotional period. The Promotion is open ONLY to existing Wahed clients, subject to section 2 below.

1. The Promotion period is from 00:01 (GMT) 14th March, 2023 to 23:59 (GMT) 24th March, 2023.

2. The Promotion is open only to existing Wahed clients in the UK who:

a. receive the Promotion email entitled “We have great news! We’re lowering the minimum deposit to GBP 20!”

b. are  active and funded. The Promotion is not applicable if an existing Wahed client is making their first ever deposit transaction on the Wahed platform, in which case, the minimum deposit amount will remain as GBP 50.

3. Eligible transaction types for the Promotion:

 a. One Time deposits

 b. Recurring deposits

4. The Promotion is non-transferrable.

5. Wahed reserves the right to: 

(1) change or terminate the Promotion at any time, without notice.

(2) limit the amount of account bonuses you are eligible to receive. 

(3) refuse or recover any Promotion award if Wahed determines that it was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by you or on your behalf, or that any terms of your Client Agreement have been violated. 

(4) modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.

(5) audit all claims to the Promotion to ensure that the Terms and Conditions have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.

(6) determine all decisions in respect of the Promotion which will be final and binding.

This Promotion and any claim arising out of or in connection with this Promotion (including non-contractual disputes and claims) will be: (a) governed by English law; and (b) subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

By participating in the Promotion you agree that your participation will conform to the Terms and Conditions.

Furthermore, you hereby agree that Wahed will have no liability for any cost, expenses or damages caused by your participation in this Promotion and that you will indemnify and hold Wahed harmless against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Promotion.
