How the first distribution works

Your first distribution depends on when you invest, because we need a full quarter of rental performance before disbursing income. A single month of income isn’t representative, so your first payment reflects the first complete quarter after your investment.

Example: If you invest in September

Your first full quarter runs from October through December, so we target your first distribution for January 15.

Example: If you invest in November

You haven’t completed a full quarter by year‑end. Your first full quarter runs from January through March, so we target your first distribution for April 15 for income earned across the full period from November through March.

After your first payment

You move onto the standard quarterly cycle, with distributions targeted for January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15.
