All Wahed Real Estate investments are held within separate legal entities that exist independently from Wahed as a platform.

If Wahed were to stop operating, the underlying properties or Fund assets would continue to exist within those entities. Under the governing documents, an alternative manager or administrator could be appointed to oversee operations, distributions and eventual liquidation.
