Shariah compliance is overseen by Wahed’s internal Shariah team, which reviews each investment structure, property and contractual arrangement before it is offered to investors.

This work is carried out under the guidance and supervision of an independent Shariah Committee facilitated by the Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB).
