Our mission is simple: make Real Estate investing accessible with 0 debt.

We know the struggle. When it comes to “buy-to-let” investing, almost everything relies on interest-based mortgages. For most people that means two things. First, the high deposits and borrowing make it difficult to get started. Second, for our community, the use of interest makes it off-limits altogether. That left very few ways to invest in property in a way that was both affordable and Shariah-compliant.

That’s why we launched real estate last year. Since then, over 1,800 investors have joined us, investing an average of £1,600 each. Together we’ve crossed £5 million invested across 12 properties.

When we launch a property, we share projected gross and net yields based on the expected rental income and costs. Looking across all 12 of our acquisitions so far, the average projected gross yield has been 7.78%, compared with the London market average of 5.35%.

Based on the current portfolio, we project to pay out approximately £250,000 in rental income to our investors over the next year!

Greater Manchester is undergoing a massive £10 billion, 10-year transformation, bringing new transport links, innovation hubs, job creation and 75,000 new homes. Despite all this investment, property prices are still surprisingly affordable.

We’re delighted to share that we have secured 5 brand-new flats in Manchester. Based on independent RICs valuations, we’re acquiring these at an average of 9.6% below market value. We’re working hard to launch these soon!

London House Prices Poised for a Comeback

London is expected to outperform the UK average in house price growth over the next year, forecasting a 6.5% rise, compared to the UK-wide average of 5%.
