Referral Terms & Conditions

The Wahed UK Office Tour Referral Campaign (the “Campaign”), sponsored by Wahed Technologies Sdn Bhd, trading as Wahed (“Wahed”), is subject to the terms and conditions below (the “Terms and Conditions”). By participating in the Campaign, you are eligible to receive the following prize (the "Prize"): A trip to Wahed’s office in the United Kingdom (“UK”) and signed merchandise.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Campaign is open only to those who fulfill the following criteria:

1.1.1. Successfully refer two (2) new Wahed clients who each deposits a minimum of RM300 during the campaign period, between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024.

1.2. Participants can refer as many new clients as possible to increase their chances of winning. Each successful referral earns one (1) ticket to enter the lucky draw.

1.3. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and Wahed’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

1.4. Ineligible entrants: Employees of Wahed, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

2. Limit on Entry

2.1. Any attempt by any entrant to refer using false or multiple identities will result in disqualification.

3. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

3.1. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3.2. Wahed reserves the right to audit all entries to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.3. Wahed reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this Campaign immediately without notice if:

3.3.1. circumstances outside Wahed’s reasonable control prevent the Campaign from running as anticipated;

3.3.2. in the event of false information being provided by participants;

3.3.3. a change of law prevents the Campaign from running as anticipated;

3.3.4. this offer is abused or for any other reason at any time by providing an update to the terms and conditions specified here.

4. Prize

4.1. The winner will receive:

• A Wahed UK Office Tour, a one-day event scheduled between 18 December 2024 and 31 December 2024 (exact date to be confirmed).
• Round-trip flight tickets: Wahed will book both the outgoing and return flights for the winner.
• Accommodation for four (4) nights.
• Airport transfers and daily transport from the hotel to Wahed’s office.
• Signed Wahed Merchandise.

4.2. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Wahed’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Wahed to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1. Winners will be chosen through a Lucky Draw. For every successful referral, participants will receive a ticket to enter the lucky draw.

5.2. A total of one (1) lucky winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible tickets.

5.3. The winners will be notified by email or phone by 15 December 2024.

5.4. Each winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within three (3) working days of being notified. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and Wahed reserves the right to select another winner.

5.5. In the event of disqualification, Wahed will randomly select another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Wahed and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from your participation in this Campaign or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

6.2. Wahed will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, or acts of God.
