Referral Terms & Conditions

User Sending the Invite ("Referrer") - Referral Disclosure

This offer is valid only for new, individual accounts with Wahed Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("Wahed").

Wahed will send one formal invitation email and up to two reminders to each friend you refer ("Referee") including disclosure, that you have recommended them to become a new Wahed client.

To qualify for the promotional account bonus:

As the Referrer you must :

1. Successfully open and fund your Wahed account*.
2. Invite at least one (1) friend who is presently not a client of Wahed with your referral code ("Referral Code").
3. Remain an active client** during the period of the Bonus disbursement.

Your referred friends (Referee) must:

1. Open a Wahed account* using their designated referral code from your invitation,
2. Fund the account within 30 days of receiving the invitation, and
3. Remain an active client** for at least 30 days (a "Qualifying New Account'').

Your participation in the referral program is subject to the following terms and conditions

Your efforts in soliciting clients on behalf of Wahed will be limited to invitations made to individuals personally known to you by electronically sending them a referral invitation via the Wahed digital platform. You will qualify if you have a minimum of one (1) Qualifying New Account which meets the conditions stipulated under this Referral Offer. For every subsequent successful referral, Wahed will deposit RM20 of bonus funds into your Wahed account* when all the qualifying criteria are met and will also deposit RM10 of bonus funds into your referee's Wahed account.

To avoid forfeiture of the promotional account bonus, your Wahed account must remain open and funded with a minimum balance of at least RM 100 for at least 30 days from the date such account is opened. Wahed is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failures on the part of your referee in creating a Qualifying New Account or complying with any other requirements for Wahed account holders.

This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable. This promotion may not be combined with other referral programs offered by Wahed. Wahed reserves the right to: (1) change or terminate this offer at any time, without notice, (2) to limit the amount of account bonuses you are eligible to receive (3) to refuse or recover any promotion award if Wahed determines that it was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by a Client, or that any terms of the Client Investment Agreement have been violated. Wahed reserves the right to modify or amend or terminate part of all of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

By participating in the Wahed referral program you agree that your participation will conform to the terms and conditions specified herein. If you are currently participating in the Wahed referral program and the preceding representations become inaccurate, you agree to immediately inform Wahed at malaysiasupport@wahedinvest.com

Furthermore, you hereby agree that Wahed will have no liability for any cost, expenses or damages caused by your participation in the referral program and that you will indemnify and hold Wahed harmless against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the promotion. Wahed is not responsible for faulty referral links, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these terms, in any human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.

User Receiving the Invite ("Referee") - Referee Disclosure:

This offer is valid only for new clients who open individual accounts with Wahed Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("Wahed"). The referrer who sent you this invitation is a Wahed client and has done so through Wahed's referral program. Your friend's referral does not constitute an endorsement of Wahed or a statement of satisfaction with the services provided by Wahed. If you qualify, Wahed will deposit RM10 of bonus funds into your Wahed account after 30 days of your account being active and funded with a minimum of RM200. Wahed will also deposit RM20 worth of bonus funds into the Referrer's account after your account has been active and funded for 30 days.

As the Referee, you must :

1. Open a Wahed account* with a Referral Code.
2. Fund the account with at least RM200
3. Remain an active client** for at least 30 days (a "Qualifying New Account'').

Wahed is not responsible for any incorrect entries or other failures on your part to meet the requirements for qualifying for the promotional account bonus.

This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable. Wahed reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and to refuse or recover any promotional account bonus if Wahed determines that it was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the client Investment Management Agreement that has been violated. 3. Remain an active user** throughout the Bonus distribution period.

Your referred friend ("Referred"), must be:

1. Open a Wahed* account with your Referral Code.
2. Fund Wahed account within 30 days of receiving referrals
3. Stay an active user** for at least 30 days (as "Eligible New Account")

Your participation in the invitation program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Wahed is not responsible for any errors of inaccurate entries or your failure to meet the requirements to be eligible for the promotional account bonus.

This promotion is not valid with any other offers and cannot be transferred. Wahed reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and refuse or reclaim the promotional account bonus if Wahed determines it was obtained in fraudulent circumstances, inaccurate or incomplete information provided when opening an account, or if any of the terms of the Client's Investment Management Agreement have been breached.
