5.  In this Terms and Conditions, “Qualifying" and "Eligible" clients refers to:

‍QUALIFYING

‍a.  Client must complete Qualifying Registration Form (Link)

b.  Client must open a new portfolio and name it "Tripfez"

c.  Client must set funding target for the portfolio at RM 10,000

d.  Client must set funding period at a minimum of 6 months.

e.  Client must set recurring deposit to fund the portfolio

‍ELIGIBILITY

‍a. Client must reach funding target within target period from the date of completing Qualifying Registration Form

b. Client must receive confirmation email from Wahed.

QUALIFYING

‍a.  Client must complete Qualifying Registration Form

‍b.  Client must open a new portfolio and name it "Artius"

c.  Client must set funding target for the portfolio at RM 7,000

d.  Client must set funding period between 6 to 12 monthse.  Client must set recurring deposit to fund the portfoliof.   Client must complete first consultation and receive treatment plan. ‍

‍ELIGIBILITY

‍a. Client must reach funding target within 12 months from the date of completing Qualifying Registration Form

b. Client must receive confirmation email from Wahed.

WAHED X ZENYUM

QUALIFYING

‍a.  Client must complete Qualifying Registration Form

‍a2. Client must complete online pre-assessment and approved by Zenyum

b.  Client must open a new portfolio and name it "Zenyum"

c.  Client must set funding target for the portfolio at RM 5,000

d.  Client must set funding period between 3 to 6 months

e.  Client must set recurring deposit to fund the portfoliof.  Client must complete first dentist consultation (fee of RM 350) and receive treatment plan (please note that the treatment plan will only be valid for 6 months)

‍ELIGIBILITY
a. Client must reach funding target within 6 months from the date of completing Qualifying Registration Form

b. Client must receive confirmation email from Wahed.

6.  The Promotion(s) are non-transferrable.

7.  Wahed reserves the right to audit all offers to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.

8.   Wahed's decisions in respect of all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.

9.   Wahed reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this Promotion immediately without notice:

a.   If circumstances outside Wahed’s reasonable control, including technical issues, prevent the Promotion from running as anticipated; b.   In the event of false information being provided by customer;
c.   In the event that the same customer claims eligibility with different Wahed Account(s);
d.   If a change of law prevents the Promotion from running as anticipated;e.   If this offer is deemed abused or for any reason at any time;
f.   Full or partial withdrawal is made from the Named Portfolio before reaching funding target;
g.  The Named Portfolio reaches value less than RM 100 at any time for a period of 3 months consecutively;

h.   Changing the name of the Named Portfolio;
i.   Closing or transfer of funds to or from the Named Portfolio

Notice will be provided by Wahed displaying the updated terms and conditions here.

10.   You agree that Wahed and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any injuries, losses or costs or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from your participation in this Promotion.

11.   We will have no liability to you for any breach of these terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident. Wahed is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.

12.  Wahed Invest reserves the sole discretion to conduct the necessary background checks against the referred Service Provider’s clients to Wahed Invest including but not limited to the eligibility of the referred clients to receive the Promotion. Additionally, Wahed Invest is entitled to impose additional conditions against the referred customers to redeem the Promotion.

13.  By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree and acknowledges that Wahed Invest has no control over linked websites or the promotions, materials, information, goods or services available on these third party websites provided by the Service provider. Wahed Invest does not endorse or warrant any promotions, materials, information, goods or services available through any linked websites or any privacy or other practices of such websites.
