Step 1: Download the Wahed app
Search for ‘Wahed’ on the App Store or Google Play Store, or download the app by clicking here.
Step 2: Sign up or log in
- New to Wahed: Tap Sign up, enter your email, create a secure password and follow the prompts.
- Already a Wahed user: Tap Log in with your existing credentials (you will still complete Real Estate KYC and onboarding).
You’ll receive a one-time code via email/SMS to confirm your details.
Step 3: Choose your product type
On the product selection screen, choose Real Estate. This routes you into the onboarding flow for property investing.
Step 4: Enter your personal details
Provide your full legal name (as it appears on your ID), date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. These help us meet regulatory requirements and ensure your account details match your documents.
Step 5: Regulatory questions
Answer a brief set of regulatory and investor information questions (e.g., tax backup withholding, politically exposed person status). These are standard investor protection questions.
Step 6: Review and accept terms and conditions
Review your details and accept the terms, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure and Third Party Broker - Dealer Welcome Pack.
