Mufti Muhammad serves at Wahed in the Shariah Risk Analyst role, contributing to the firm’s Shariah governance function with a strong foundation in Islamic jurisprudence and modern finance. He is a Ḥāfiẓ of the Qur’an and completed advanced studies in Islamic jurisprudence (Iftaa’) at Al Mahadul Aali Al Islami, Hyderabad. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and an MSc in Management, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Leicester. His combined grounding in Islamic law, commerce, and financial management enables him to support Wahed’s Shariah governance framework with scholarly understanding and professional competence.
